Please note that items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES

While we aim to deliver top-notch service, certain situations may warrant exceptions to our standard refund policy. Here are some scenarios in which refunds may not apply, or partial refunds may be considered:
1. Customized Products: Items that have been tailored, altered, or specially created to meet individual specifications (e.g., personalized designs, logos, or measurements) are non-refundable.
2. Clearance or Final Sale Items: Any product marked as clearance or part of a final sale is considered non-refundable. Clear indications are provided on our website, and these items are ineligible for returns or refunds.
3. Gift Cards: Gift cards purchased from CCN Sport are non-refundable.

If you wish to exchange an item, the quickest way is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
