Nusantara Pro Cycling: Battling the Elements at Tour of Ya'an - Chengdu, Sichuan 2023

The Tour of Ya'an - Chengdu, Sichuan 2023, was a true test of grit and determination for our Nusantara Pro Cycling team. As the race unfolded, our riders faced challenges and hardships, but they never gave up, demonstrating their unwavering spirit throughout this demanding competition.

At the outset of the race, our team was in full strength, but as the grueling stages progressed, only three of our riders remained standing. Despite the dwindling numbers, our team's determination and commitment remained stronger than ever. The Tour of Ya'an became a battle of willpower and resilience, and our riders were prepared to go the extra mile to secure a coveted spot among the top three teams in the competition.

It was a battle in which every team gave their all, leaving nothing to chance. Our rider, Pras, found himself fighting to maintain his position in the General Classification (GC). Despite slipping from 3rd to 5th place in the final standings, Pras showcased incredible tenacity and skill throughout the race. He earned the distinction of being the best Asian rider in the competition, with an impressive record of three top-ten finishes to his name.

Oscar, another one of our remarkable riders, demonstrated unwavering dedication and passion. He fought tirelessly every day, making numerous attempts to break away from the pack. His relentless pursuit of excellence led to three top-ten results in sprints while riding with the lead group. Oscar's consistent performance was a testament to his skill and determination.
