As the peloton tackled the challenging 83.2-kilometer Stage 1, featuring the best riders from Europe, Africa, Oceania, and Asia, the Go for Gold team wasted no time in asserting themselves among the elite. Leading the charge was young rider Jaypee Olarte, whose determination and skill propelled him to an impressive 36th place finish, hot on the heels of stage winner Itamar Einhorn from Israel Premiere Tech.
